Our Story
The Slicers New York Deli legacy began in 1976 with Mike’s Deli in New York. Mike began creating authentic New York style sandwiches out of Mike’s Deli over 45 years ago.
The tradition of Mike’s Deli lives on through Mike’s daughter, chef Alia who, together with her husband Ryan, created Slicers New York Deli. Alia is a classically trained chef of 12 years under Le Cordon Bleu. Her technical expertise, combined with her family history, allowed her to create this award winning deli. Slicers is proud to serve you the highest quality meats and cheeses from Boars Head, freshly baked breads, and traditional, authentic recipes perfected by chef Alia’s gourmet touch.
